Natrix, a hero of sorts I created for a world I’m still working on. They were inspired by a piece from an artist I don’t recall, in a book of sci-fi and alien concepts. Shrimp, Krill, and Coral were a major inspiration, so I decided to give it a swing with my own interpretation. As you can probably tell, they’re more of a peaceful warrior along with what remains of their race (there’s a whole backstory and I’m insane. Someday I’ll post it up here, it’s actually the setting for a few of my novels and short stories that I have yet to really work on. World building alone isn’t easy), but they do have a nemesis — Xeric, a one-armed warlord from the chaotic abyss.
Anyway, Natrix is one of my favorite designs, and maybe I’ll do more of them specifically later on once I get more of those stories fleshed out. Until next time!
